Porn Glossary of Adult Sex Terms - Video Takeout

In the porn industry, there are so many terms that you don't hear about through the course of every-day life. Many of them can be figured out inherently, but a few are a bit ambiguous. Here are a few to get you started in building your porn vocabulary, as well as some links to additional resources.

Amateur - In its purest form, amateur porn features performers who are not pro porn stars. These are men, women and transsexuals that are fresh to the adult industry, untainted by the benefits of over-acting and fake orgasms.
Anal Rimming - Performing oral sex on the anus, generally by stimulating the outer portion. Also known as anilingus.
Anime - Take the cartoons you see on TV and upgrade the artistry by a factor of 10, throw in some softcore porn, unusually well proportioned babes and hunks, and you’ve got anime. Sometimes referred to as Japanimation, having its roots in Japan.
Balloons - Some people have an unusual fetish for babes holding, caressing, straddling and stroking rubber, air-filled balloons in erotic poses.
Babes - These chicks have it all in every way - penetrating eyes, tasty lips, succulent breasts and juicy asses.
BBW - Acronym for Big Beautiful Women, proud of the fact that they’ve got plenty of cushion for the pushin.
BDSM - Acronym for Bondage, Domination, Sado-Masochism. Together these three niches form the basis for the leather, whip and chain fantasies that mainstream America likes to call S&M.
Bondage - Erotic restraint of sexual partners using chains, ropes, handcuffs, scarves and similar items. Bondage can often be extremely artistic, involving intricate, woven knots, sexual attire and sexual props.
Bukkake - Originally from Japan, bukkake involves a group of men that surround a woman and jerk off on her face in unison.
Celebrities - Often faked, these pornographic materials involve well known non-adult celebrities from the movies and from T.V. engaged in sexual acts.
Ebony - Sex purely between black men and black women, or same-sex black sex.
Erotica - Erotica is generally softcore porn with a romantic plot, targeted at couples and female viewers.
Facial - A facial would fall along the lines of 1-on-1 bukkake - the male ejaculator shoots his load on his partner’s face. The facial recipient may be male or female.
Fisting - Fisting requires an extremely flexible orifice - either a vagina or an anus - capable of receiving a full fist, or at least 5 fingers simultaneously. Fisting is illegal in many areas.
Foot Fetish - People with a foot fetish enjoy any sexual act that involves feet - toe sucking, foot-massages, inserting toes into vaginas, and a variety of fetish behavior.
Glory Hole - On one side of a glory hole is an erect penis. On the other, a willing mouth. These were at one point popular in bathroom stalls at gay sex clubs.
Golden Shower - Golden showers may not bring May flowers, but they will put a tinkle into the eyes of the recipient as the administrator of the golden shower pees onto them, often into the mouth.
Goth - Goth, also known as Vampire Sex, involves porn stars decked out in black garb, black hair, pale skin, heavy eyeliner and everything else Gothic. Some hardcore Goth may involve bloodsports - the sucking of blood.
Group Sex - More than two people engaging in a sexual act.
Hairy - There are two subsets of the hairy genre - gay and straight. In gay porn, hairy refers to men who are hairy all over. In straight porn, hairy pertains to the extremely hairy vaginal region of an unshaven porn star.
Hardcore - Hardcore porn shows actual penetration during sexual acts involving 2 or more porn stars.
Hentai - Extremely pornographic anime, more hardcore than traditional anime.
Insertions - Inserting objects and toys into the vagina, anus, mouth or penis as a form of sexual play.
Latina - Spanish people or others of Latin descent as they pertain to pornography.
Mature - Mature adults over the age of 40 who still have the libido to be a porn star.
MILF - Acronym: Mother I’d Like to Fuck. A subset of Mature, MILFs have given birth.
Outdoors - Any sexual activity that takes place in the great outdoors (fields, parking lots etc.)
Panties - Young, barely legal teens posing in panties, often white in color to symbolize their near virginal status.
Phone Sex - Engaging in fantasy role playing over the telephone, which usually results in one or both parties involved reaching orgasm.
Teens - 18 and 19 year old, barely legal young girls in the porn industry.
Water Sports - Similar to Golden Showers, water sports include any form of peeing, not necessarily on the face.
Sado-Masochism - Also known as S&M, sado-masochism involves sexual role playing between willing partners where one is dominant, controlling the submissive sex slave using ropes or other forms of bondage, and controlled punishment.
Squirting - Squirting is visible female ejaculation, where fluid is projected from the vagina during orgasm.
Toys - Dildos, double-ended dildos, vibrators, fake rubber pussies, anal butt-beads or any other sex toys.
Upskirt - A fetish camera shot up a woman’s skirt, revealing her panties and crotch area.
Voyeurism - Finding pleasure in watching others engage in sexual activity, often without their consent - Peeping Tom.
