Can I suspend service while I'm on vacation? |

Yes, we're understanding folks here at Video Takeout. Just include a note with your returns that you'd like to put your account on hold and we'll temporarily suspend service for a brief period here and there. Note that this is at our discretion, so please try not to do this too often as it is a lot of work to handle the logistics of suspending accounts. Note that you must notify us PRIOR TO suspending an account, not after the fact. You cannot tell us after 3 months of not receiving movies or holding onto the same films that you want a retroactive refund. We're not gonna buy it. We go the extra mile to help our customers, but we're not total pushovers.
