I didn't get all my rental DVDs |

This can be for a couple reasons. First, check to make sure you have the recommended amount of DVDs in your queue. We recommend at least 10 rental choices for 2 DVD plans and 15-20 for 4 DVD plans. If you have the full amount, then try adding or swapping out some fresh titles if you haven't been renting a lot and the items on your list aren't fresh. When it comes to porn, it can sometimes be difficult to replace inventory on a per-title basis, so having fresh movies on your list will help us provide you with great service. Our system automatically sends more DVDs to members that haven't gotten their full quota of movies as soon as items on their lists become available, so once your list is up to par you can expect another shipment.
