Generally speaking, first class mail should take roughly 2-4 business days to ship coast-to-coast. This means that if you return the DVD you rent on Monday, we would most likely get it between Wednesday and Friday. Mail does not travel on Sundays or most holidays. If your account doesn't show your DVD as returned at the expected time, please give it a full 7 days before contacting us. If it has been 7 days or more, send an email to sales@videotakeout.com and we'll get more DVDs out to you, assuming that the DVDs you returned are delayed in the mail and we'll mark the DVDs as missing. We typically do not charge for a missing DVD rental but we do keep excellent records and would certainly take financial or legal action on suspected fraud. If the movies arrive after being marked as missing, we'll clear the record on your account.
