I haven't received my DVD rentals. |

Generally speaking, first class mail should take roughly 2-4 business days to ship coast-to-coast. This means that if we ship you a movie on Monday, you would most likely get it between Wednesday and Friday. Mail does not travel on Sundays or national holidays. If you haven't gotten your package at the expected time, please give it a full 7 days to arrive before contacting us. If it has been 7 days or more, send an email to sales@videotakeout.com and we'll get another package out to you, assuming that the first package is delayed in the mail. If you receive the second package before the delayed movies arrive, send us another email and we'll mark the DVDs as missing. We typically do not charge for missing DVDs but we do keep a record and would most certainly take financial or legal action on abusers. If the DVDs arrive after we mark them as missing, just return them to us after viewing and we'll clear the record on your account.
