How do I log on after joining? |

Just use the secure sign in on the left side of this window to log in to your account. If you have problems, be sure that you have your cookies set to 'medium.' A cookie is just a small text file that helps us track whether you're logged into your account or not - we do not ever collect any personal data outside of what we ask you for directly when you sign up with us. In MS Explorer, you'd go to Tools-Internet Options-Privacy and adjust the slider to 'medium.' This offers plenty of protection and security for pretty much any online user. If that doesn't work, try closing all open windows, then reopen your browser and try again. If this still doesn't work, try restarting your computer and logging in again. It's also a good idea to install one of the many free anti-spyware and anti-scumware utilities available online. Two great ones are Adaware and Spybot. They're not perfect, but they offer much more protection than not using anything. You can also consider installing a software or hardware firewall, and anti-virus software for further protection.
