Billing for Video Takeout is done under our discreet, corporate name, VTO Enterprises Inc.
We are committed to protecting our customers and their privacy. We will never sell or trade your name or contact information with anyone outside of our organization. We keep emails to a minimum, telling you what you need to know about your rentals or your account status, and answering any questions you may have. We may, on occasion notify you of specials and promotions directly related with our site and services, but you will not be put on any mailing lists that would result in spam entering your inbox. If you partially complete registering for our site, we may send you a reminder that account activation is not complete, but you can easily opt out (yes, it actually works). In short, your information is safe with us.
Regarding site security, your credit card information beyond the last few digits is not stored on our site’s server, so in the extremely unlikely event of a breach of site security, you can rest safe that your money is safe. Back to Top
Domestic Shipping Restrictions
Due to local obscenity laws, we cannot ship to the following states and zip codes:

If you live in any of the following states, we ship without exclusion:

Currently, we do not ship to Canada, the UK or anywhere else outside of the United States.

International Shipping
Video Takeout does not currently ship DVDs outside of the United States. There are a few DVD rental companies that you can choose from in the UK and elsewhere, but we're not familiar with their services. We are open to launching a satellite location outside of the USA but it wouldn't happen for quite some time. Back to Top
Video Takeout Headquarters
Currently, Video Takeout uses Newark New Jersey as our main distribution center. This is an ideal East Coast location because we use the hub US Post Office for this section of New Jersey. This means that mail travels as quickly as possible, with Newark Airport right here in town. We are negotiating several other distribution points nationwide and hope to have a network in place in the next several months, which would provide even faster service. We pick up our mail at 1:00 PM and it goes out the same day, around 8:00 PM. If you lose your postage paid, return label, please put your rentals into a bubble mailer, affix sufficient postage and send it here:

Discreet Shipping of Adult DVDs
We ship your adult movies to you in plain, discreet mailers. There are no markings on the outside of the box that suggest anything to do with porn, and our return address is shown as VTO Enterprises Inc., with no reference to video content of any kind. Back to Top
Credit Card Required
Yes, a credit card or debit card with a credit card symbol is required to open a DVD rental account with us. We accept all major credit cards including Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover. If you cannot get a real credit card, most banks offer ATM cards with a Visa or Mastercard symbol on them and you can easily use this option to sign up. Back to Top
Become a Rental Customer
To join Video Takeout, just click the red signup button below and choose your membership option. Fill out the easy to use forms and then build your list of movies. We recommend at least 10 movies for a 2 DVD rental at a time plan and 15-20 movies for the 4 DVD rentals at a time plan. Please be sure to add some movies immediately after joining so we can get your first shipment to you promptly, and thank you! Back to Top
